**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct thorough stock image searches aligned with project criteria, providing varied selections for team review.
– Execute fundamental image editing tasks including cropping, resizing, color correction, and formatting to meet project specifications.
– Apply required masking guides and branding adjustments to enhance image quality.
– Organize and name image files according to established structures and metadata guidelines for easy retrieval.
– Prepare and deliver weekly batches of images, ensuring that all assets align with project requirements.
– Track stakeholder feedback, incorporate revisions promptly, and ensure all final approvals are documented systematically.
– Maintain and refresh the image library, ensuring assets are well-categorized and accessible.
– Assist in creating weekly progress reports and maintain current workflow documentation.
– Support scheduling of review sessions and help ensure that project timelines are adhered to.
– Collaborate effectively with the Creative Producer and Lead Photo Editor to ensure tasks are executed smoothly and align with overall project objectives.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop with hands-on experience in image cropping, retouching, color correction, and formatting.
– A keen eye for composition, lighting, and ensuring branding consistency across imagery.
– Solid understanding of file formats, resolutions, and digital asset organization best practices.
– Ability to meticulously follow detailed file naming conventions and metadata tagging protocols.
– Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate formatting and organization of images.
– Excellent time management skills to consistently meet weekly image delivery deadlines.
– Capacity to take direction effectively and integrate feedback in a timely manner.
– Basic knowledge of stock image sourcing and licensing processes.
– Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and cloud-based storage solutions.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for thriving in a creative team environment.

**Education & Experience:**
– A Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, photography, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
– 1-3 years of photo editing, digital asset coordination, or similar experience preferred.
– Proven experience in a fast-paced creative or marketing environment is an advantage.
– Prior experience managing large volumes of image assets is a plus.
