Job Description

Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to become an integral part of a professional standards organization located near High Wycombe. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives related to reasonable adjustments, ensuring fairness, inclusivity, and adherence to compliance standards in educational assessments and related products.

You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining alignment with professional standards while fostering ongoing enhancements in assessment adjustments. Your expertise will guide and train teams and service providers in delivering equitable and inclusive assessments that align with the organization’s objectives.

This position comes with an excellent hybrid work model, requiring just one day in the office and four days remotely. The salary package is competitive, reaching up to £30,000 based on your experience, along with a discretionary bonus.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator include:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for complex and escalated requests regarding reasonable adjustments, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes with external consultation when necessary.
  • Contributing to the creation of new educational products by integrating inclusivity into their frameworks from the ground up.
  • Maintaining meticulous and confidential records of sensitive information.
  • Engaging with candidates, employers, and training providers to gather the necessary evidence for informed decision-making.
  • Analyzing assessment adjustment data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and discover opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure policies and procedures remain current and aligned with industry best practices.

Essential Skills for the Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator include:

  • Demonstrable experience in interpreting educational assessments to suggest suitable learner support.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to present findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software.
  • Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Capacity to make informed, evidence-based decisions with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
