F6S Jobs and Talent currently provides services to a diverse global audience, consisting of tens of thousands of hiring organizations and hundreds of thousands of skilled job seekers. We are on the lookout for a passionate co-founder who can elevate our platform to new heights. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in creating a large-scale product that connects job seekers with the ideal companies and startups.

- Create outstanding products and innovative features tailored for both job seekers and hiring companies.
- Leverage your expertise in enhancing large-scale jobs and talent products, along with data analytics, to drive growth.
- As revenue generation becomes a priority in later stages, we welcome your insights and experiences in monetization strategies.

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling an effective jobs or talent platform.
- Experience in driving revenue growth in a fast-paced product environment.
- A data-centric mindset along with a proven track record in data-driven product development.
- Successful in attracting new talent and encouraging companies to post job listings at scale.
- Expertise in creating a product that fosters user engagement for both talent and companies throughout their lifecycle.
