Compensation and Benefits:
- The base salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, dependent upon your experience and skill set.

Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Stine Seed Company by boosting sales and enhancing brand visibility at retail dealer locations within your territory.
- Supply dealers with up-to-date product information, agronomic resources, and promotional materials.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Stine Seed and treatment products to provide knowledgeable support.
- Create a strategic list of key retail dealer prospects along with a robust recruitment plan.
- Maintain communication with the Director of Retail Development regarding the performance metrics of key retail accounts.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 on-site visits to key retail locations weekly.
- Engage in continuous prospecting for new dealer opportunities throughout the year.
- Collaborate in developing annual goals for Stine corn and soybean sales at each key retail outlet.
- Together with the Director of Team Development, facilitate sales training tailored for key retail dealers.
- Help organize and participate in training sessions for sales, agronomy, and product knowledge offered by Stine.
- Deliver precise reporting on account forecasts and sales performance.
- Support the development of Stine Success corn and soybean plot initiatives for training purposes.
- Collect and analyze corn and soybean yield data from retail locations.
- Encourage the adoption of Stine XP soybean seed treatments among key retail accounts.

Competencies/Qualifications/Experience:
- A minimum of three years in agricultural retail and seed sales is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficiency in proven sales techniques, strong negotiation capabilities, and a knack for problem-solving.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and the capability to work independently towards established goals.
- Candidates with a successful track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers through an understanding of their needs and objectives will be prioritized.
