    Responsibilities:

    • Client Relationship Management:
      • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the technology industry.
      • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and strategic goals.
    • Sales and Business Development:
      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the tech sector, consistently expanding the client portfolio.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
    • Consultative Selling:
      • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into industry trends, talent market conditions, and best practices in hiring.
      • Present and negotiate staffing solutions that align with client’s business objectives.
    • Collaboration with the Recruitment Team:
      • Work closely with our internal recruitment team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
      • Provide clear and detailed job briefs to recruiters, facilitating the successful placement of qualified candidates.
    • Performance Metrics:
      • Set and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined by the company.
      • Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions, sales activities, and progress.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing industry
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
