Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention • Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner • Utilize CRM system to track customer interactions, update account information, and forecast future sales opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies and deliverables Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in account management • Proficiency with CRM systems • Strong time management skills • Eligible to work in the US • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to travel 4-5 times per year Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 yearly
