    The Account Manager – Industrial Sales (B2B) will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients in the industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in industrial sales and B2B environments, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Your Role:

    • Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to enhance profitability.
    • Expand Relationships: Retain and broaden our existing relationships, while soliciting new business.
    • Custom Solutions: Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, product training and technical proposals.

    Requirements

    What You’ll Bring:

    • Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field-or equivalent experience.
    • Industry Expertise: 5 or more years of experience in industrial sales within B2B contexts, especially in telecom, oil and gas, and security sectors.
    • Strong Connections: Strong industry connections to leverage for business growth and partnerships.
    • Road Warrior: Can travel up to 50% of the time.
    • Sales Mastery: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a knack for building long-term client relationships.
    • Technical Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and equipped with excellent technical communication skills.
    • Independent Operator: Self-motivated and results-driven, capable of working independently to initiate and develop key relationships.

    Preferred:

    Insight into supply chain and logistics, familiarity with market research, and a background in solar and renewable energy sectors are a plus!
