    Job Description

    I’m looking for an “A” Player Acquisitions Manager for my our Real Estate Investing Firm. We are building out our team, and looking to hire 1-2 Acquisition managers by the end of the year. Position Details and Requirements: • $100,000+ earning potential, base + Commission with quarterly, annual, and team bonuses available! • Work from Your Home Office • This is a Phone Closing Position • Must be able to work at least 40 hrs/week • Sales Experience required, Real Estate is a strong bonus and nearly a requirement • This is a hustle-first position. If you show up and follow the process, we can coach the rest • Must Have a Current Resume with References • If you are interested to break into real estate and learn the business in a team environment, this is a great opportunity. • We have the tools, lead gen, processes, and training in place for the right candidate to step in and be successful from day 1 Look forward to speaking! This is an active role, we are looking to fill this role in the next 2-3 weeks. Responsibilities: • Responsibilities include calling our inbound leads • Completing 10+ qualified offers weekly • Completing purchase agreements with the customer, planning on 2+ executed contracts per week, a 20%+ offer to contract rate • Updating the CRM and working with existing leads in the CRM • Keeping KPIs up to date • Clear communication on customer handoff, to our dispositions team • Continuous Improvement – Attend our internal and external sales coaching • Create a win-win solution for us and the customer, be prepared to walk away if it’s not a win for either! Qualifications: • 2+ Years in a sales role, high ticket sales, software sales, real estate sales/acquisitions • Confident and willing to work autonomously • Demonstrated interpersonal skills! You gotta be a chameleon, and relate to everyone • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality • Most importantly, just follow our process – it works • Apply yourself and seek feedback Compensation: 100,000+ Annual
