Your Role
We are actively seeking seasoned B2B sales experts to drive our property and casualty (P&C) and Employee Benefits (EB) insurance consulting services throughout Southern California, Phoenix, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will possess the confidence and skills to engage senior-level executives and business owners in meaningful sales discussions.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of five years’ experience in the business-to-business sector, demonstrating a consultative sales approach that resonates with high-caliber clients. Targets will include CFOs, CEOs, and top executives, making it essential to thrive in a consultative selling environment, offering proposals ranging from $250K to $1.5MM. Compensation
The starting salary for this position ranges from $80K to $125K, influenced by experience and expertise, plus commission. First-year on-target earnings (OTE) typically range between $100K and $165K. We encourage candidates who aspire to significantly enhance their income—though we value steady growth over quick wins. Comfort in prospecting C-level executives unfamiliar with our brand is a prerequisite for success in this role.
High achievers often cultivate a $1MM book of business within 5-7 years, achieving OTE between $300K and $350K annually, along with a residualized commission of around $250K. Currently, the leading 20% of producers maintain an average book size of $2MM to $2.5MM.

What We’re Looking For
A bachelor’s degree and previous B2B sales experience are essential. We seek candidates with exceptional hunting, prospecting, and business development skills to flourish in this role. While prior experience in the Insurance sector is welcome, it is not mandatory.
