Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you will play a crucial role in the servicing and maintenance of air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating machinery. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing issues and executing repairs on various equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conducting thorough failure analyses while providing insightful equipment and system recommendations aimed at enhancing performance and reliability.
• Documenting all work completed, including detailed reports, parts lists, and any necessary paperwork.
• Equipping and maintaining your service vehicle with the right tools, equipment, and parts to execute tasks efficiently and in accordance with factory standards.
• Representing Air Technologies positively and professionally to clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Exhibiting strong technical and mechanical skills while completing additional tasks as assigned.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience as a multi-craft technician or similar role is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-motivated and proactive attitude essential for independent work.
• A positive mindset, robust work ethic, and organizational skills that foster unsupervised productivity.
• A dedication to quality, ensuring tasks are executed accurately the first time.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong technical knowledge.
• A valid Driver’s License, willingness to undergo a drug test and background check.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, and bend for extended periods as needed.
• A willingness to learn and be open to coaching.
