    Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
    • Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise about Stine’s seed products and services tailored to your area.
    • Oversee existing dealer relationships while actively recruiting new dealerships to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to meet district sales objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support in your territory.
    • Build and nurture customer relationships, either directly or through designated sellers.

    Competencies and Qualifications:

    • A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally encompassing agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven proficiency in sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
    • Successful track record in dealer development and retention.
    • Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently to achieve established targets.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, understanding their needs, and delivering results.
