Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary ambassador for the Stine brand within your designated territory.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth agronomic and technical expertise about Stine’s seed products and services tailored to your area.
- Oversee existing dealer relationships while actively recruiting new dealerships to drive sales growth.
- Effectively communicate and implement Stine’s sales programs and policies to meet district sales objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to ensure exceptional sales support in your territory.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, either directly or through designated sellers.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of agricultural experience, ideally encompassing agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency in sales techniques, strong negotiation abilities, and a knack for overcoming challenges.
- Successful track record in dealer development and retention.
- Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently to achieve established targets.
- Preference will be given to candidates who excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, understanding their needs, and delivering results.
