Your Responsibilities:

• Initiate consultations with military clients to assess their housing requirements and desired timelines.
• Deliver thorough market analyses, empowering clients to make well-informed choices.
• Guide clients towards ideal neighborhoods that align with their lifestyle and proximity to military bases or essential amenities.
• Coordinate with a network of professionals, including loan officers, moving companies, and local community services, to assist families during their relocation.
• Keep abreast of military housing benefits and the nuances of VA loans.
• Organize educational seminars and workshops to enlighten military families about the home-buying process.

Requirements

You’ll Be an Excellent Fit If You:

• Have a passion for supporting military families and a deep understanding of their unique relocation challenges.
• Hold an active Texas Real Estate License or are actively pursuing one.
• Possess prior experience in residential real estate, especially with clients relocating to or from the Houston area.
