Job Description
We’re looking for an assistant transaction coordinator who will assist in the management of the entire contract-to-close process efficiently and effectively to ensure all transactions close on time, with little to no hassle to all parties. PAY: We currently average 9 – 12 closings a month. If you get 10 or more closings, then the bonus value increases! You also have opportunities for other bonuses to help you earn bonuses each month with great performance. Schedule: This will be a part-time position for the first 30-45 days but will eventually be a full-time position within the first 30 days or after 30 days. • Part-time hours- 10 AM-3 PM • Full-time hours – 9 AM-5 PM Responsibilities: • Work closely with the Head of Transactions team member to get all required documents to receive a clear to close title from the title company. • Collect and organize all necessary documents for transactions. • Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations. • Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the transaction (agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, etc.). • Work closely with sellers to obtain all necessary information for Title Company. • Provide regular updates to all stakeholders on the status of transactions. • Monitor and manage timelines to ensure all deadlines are met. Qualifications: • Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously. • Keep track of details and deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Thoroughly review documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Ability to identify potential issues and proactively find solutions. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently. Compensation: $6 – $7 hourly
