    Associate Director of Analytics (fully remote option available) Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Analytics working across omnichannel media (Search, Display, Social, Contextual, Email, CTV and OTT) to spearhead our team of Analysts in crafting and executing data-driven, digital marketing strategies. In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in planning, executing, evaluating, and effectively communicating actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Measurement Strategy: Develop and implement frameworks to navigate complex projects seamlessly. Craft and execute cross-channel media measurement and testing plans. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to shape effective measurement strategies and techniques. Ensure seamless integration of analytics into all agency production processes. Assessment and Analysis: Lead client communications, simplifying complex results, efficiencies, opportunities, and optimizations that drive tangible business outcomes. Independently and collaboratively assess client media programs, interpreting marketing data and analyzing impact on KPIs and ROI. Deliver insightful analyses and actionable recommendations through various mediums, including dashboards, deep dive analyses, and engaging visualizations. Develop strategic recommendations to enhance investment and marketing strategies based on rigorous quantitative analyses. Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in media, marketing, or related fields (Ad agency experience preferred). Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in an Analytics role. Proficiency in Performance Marketing with expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising. Proven ability to drive revenue through digital marketing and traditional media channels. At least 1 year of managerial experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Strong command over Marketing and Digital Marketing principles. Extensive knowledge of online advertising media channels, including Search, Display, Social, Contextual, Email, CTV, and OTT. Expertise in Web Analytics Platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc. Proficiency in ad trafficking/ad serving platforms like Doubleclick, Facebook, Google, etc. Familiarity with Tableau for data visualization. Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Tag Manager. Proficiency in SQL, Bonus: R, or Python, along with experience in database administration. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Analytics; Master’s degree in Marketing/Business Analytics is a plus.
