    Job Description

    Crossfuze is recruiting for an Associate Solutions Consultant to join our pre-sales team. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform who will be able to demonstrate the core value of ServiceNow as it relates to specific needs of clients and prospects. Once the value has been communicated, you will need to collaborate with clients to scope out their initiative and recommend a solution to move forward leveraging our Crossfuze Delivery team as needed to craft the solution.

    This position is fully remote and will be required to work during the Pacific Time Zone working hours.

    • Primary point of Infuze case work intake process where duties include: diagnosis of customer request/issue submitted within the case, determine level of effort in completing the case scope, estimation of effort and obtaining customer approval to move forward with the work.
    • Additional responsibilities as time and skillset permit:
      • ServiceNow subject matter expert to provide business and solutions consultancy to our clients and prospects
      • Perform pre-sales support calls by attending client meetings with Crossfuze Account Executives that may include a formal presentation or product demo
      • Responsible for addressing client business issues and translating to value through ServiceNow solutions
      • Continually identify product improvements and stay on top of ServiceNow industry trends, market shifts and the competitive landscape
      • For a given engagement, gather requirements and design a technical solution that is designed, sized and scoped for successful project delivery
      • For a given engagement, provide cost estimates with regard to time and resources
      • Act as a strong partner to key people within Crossfuze, ServiceNow, and all prospects/clients, providing a high level of professionalism during all team interaction
      • Work closely with the sales team to determine that our services are positioned properly on all designated accounts
      • Ensure a smooth transition from sales to the delivery team as projects kick off
      • Work in any of but not limited to the following areas: Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Security Operations (SecOps), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), etc.
      • Help sales team successfully close business as well as recommend realistic solutions to setup our delivery team for success so they can attain high customer satisfaction scores post-implementation

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent technical / business qualification through experience
    • 1-3 years of experience with prior internships, professional experience or consulting backgrounds within sales or pre-sales
    • Ability to learn new technology and workflows, ServiceNow experience nice to have
    • Demonstrated ability to influence and consult decisions and strategy
    • Solid presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written)
    • Experience with other ITSM tools including but not limited to:
        • BMC Remedy, Cherwell, CA Service Desk, HP Service Manager

    The anticipated compensation range for this position is $75,000-90,000 annually. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
