We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a German-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an esteemed leader in the healthcare sector. This full-time, permanent position combines remote work with minimal office attendance, just one day a month in Cambridge.

    Role Overview

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for both current and prospective customers, handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls daily. Your responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every customer interaction adds value while leveraging your strong product knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with existing and new customers via telephone.
    • Address all business-related inquiries proactively.
    • Process orders and bookings through both external and internal calls.
    • Manage email communication effectively.
    • Exhibit a professional demeanor and build rapport with each customer.
    • Showcase extensive knowledge of our product range.
    • Handle calls from both B2B and B2C clients.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
    • Self-motivated and positive, with a proactive “can-do” mindset.
    • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
    • Fluent in German, with excellent computer skills.
    • A genuine passion for delivering top-notch service to our clients’ customers.

    Shift Options

    We offer diverse shift patterns to suit your schedule:

    • Shift 1 – 5 Week Rotation (Late Saturday): £26,575

      • Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15
      • Week 2: Mon-Thurs, 07:30 – 15:45; Sat, 11:45 – 20:00
      • Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15
      • Week 4: Mon-Thurs, 08:00 – 16:15; Sat, 09:45 – 18:00
      • Week 5: Mon-Fri, 11:45 – 20:00
    • Shift 2 – 5 Week Rotation (Standard): £26,500

      • Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15
      • Week 2: Mon-Thurs, 07:30 – 15:45; Sat
      • Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15
      • Week 4: Mon-Thurs, 08:00 – 16:15; Sat
      • Week 5: Mon-Fri, 11:45 – 20:00
