Responsibilities: • Answer and handle a high volume of calls with a warm, professional attitude. • Screen and direct calls to the appropriate team members. • Efficiently manage scheduling for clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders. Enter notes and maintain organized records in our case management software (MyCase experience is a plus). • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the first interaction. • Assist with various tasks, including document organization, data entry, and maintaining electronic filing systems. Qualifications: • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is non-negotiable. • Strong communication skills with a background in customer service. • Experience with Microsoft Office/Office 365 and familiarity with case management software (MyCase experience is a plus). • A positive attitude, excellent people skills, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. • Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment. Compensation: $6 to $7 hourly
