About the Role
We’re seeking a highly experienced and strategic Brand Activation Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing campaigns and initiatives in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies that align with the growth and expansion of our brand nationally; enhancing our brand presence and increasing market penetration in the Christian apparel category.
- Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and sales goals, focusing on both online and offline channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and host engaging marketing events, trade shows, sponsorships and local marketing activities that resonate with our target audience, including church groups, faith-based organizations / colleges, and the broader Christian community.
- Implement innovative field campaigns, leveraging a mix of digital marketing, direct mail, and other relevant channels.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Engage with the local Christian community and stakeholders to build strong networks and partnerships.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all field marketing activities. Foster relationships with key influencers, industry associations, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a background in field marketing or sales enablement.
- Savvy understanding of marketing strategies and tactics – both direct and indirect.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a knack for crafting engaging marketing strategies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends for events and church-related activities.
- Aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and KPI-measured environment.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign results.
