    NVIDIA’s Financial Services industry team is seeking an expert Payments Business Development Lead for the EMEA region. You will be working in the most exciting & dynamic area of technology that exists today, driving the adoption of AI, Deep Learning, and accelerated computing. The Business Development Lead we are looking for will have a proven record of winning and leading sophisticated programs. This full-time position requires close partnership with NVIDIA solution architects, developer relations, product marketing and applied engineering to drive revenue and growth for the company. You will need the ability to work optimally across multiple levels, from executives to line of business to engineers and developers.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Drive strategy creation and implementation, pipeline development, forecasting, sales account management, and training/education for the Payments segment of FSI across EMEA.

    • Act as a NVIDIA brand ambassador for the financial payments ecosystem, including Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Payment Gateways, Payment Processors & Merchant Acquirers.

    • Improve customer wallet retention and lifetime value by growing NVIDIA presence across new groups including data science, research, line of business, and IT organizations.

    • Collaborate with channel partners, OEMs, and ecosystem implement to execute go-to-market plans that effectively scale adoption of the NVIDIA accelerated computing platform across Payments.

    • Develop segment local marketing and demand generation activities.

    • Contribute to the long-term success of the NVIDIA FSI team by being a collaborative leader amongst your peers. Consistently striving to improve and reinvent yourself.

    • Evangelize the use of NVIDIA’s accelerated computing platform to customers, prospects, and partners.

    • Represent the NVIDIA FSI team at industry and ecosystem events across the EMEA region.

    What we need to see:

    • Deep industry knowledge & network in the Payments ecosystem and associated technology. Understanding of AI/GenAI and how it is/will be applied in Payments.

    • Deep understanding of financial crime, including Know-your-Customer (KYC), Anti Money Laundering (AML), fraud detection and transaction monitoring.

    • 8+ years demonstrated ability in AI / Deep Learning / Machine Learning, ideally in Payments/Financial Services. Bachelors Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

    • Knowledge of software applications and ecosystem for financial services applications.

    • Successful track record in building a sales focused business.

    • Provide thought leadership, think strategically and successfully communicate vision (both written and verbal) and engage in cross-functional collaboration.

    • Demonstrate the capacity to understand a sophisticated and broad range of NVIDIA technologies.
