THE COMMERCIAL TEAM EXPERIENCE
The Commercial Team operates with a dynamic approach focused on retention and proactive engagement throughout various deal life cycles. By analyzing creator business trends, we seek opportunities that foster mutual growth and success.
YOUR CONTRIBUTION
As a key player in our Commercial Team, you will drive the retention and expansion of our Mid-Market and Large Account customers.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Manage a pipeline of renewal and new contract opportunities, ensuring precise monthly and quarterly forecasts for target customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint growth avenues, strategize resolutions, and craft contract agreements that yield sustainable value for both organizers and our company.
- Proactively engage in securing long-term contracts to mitigate future revenue risks.
- Identify and prioritize upsell opportunities within existing accounts, focusing on high-value relationships.
- Source new business leads through referrals to consistently support the acquisition team.
- Provide constructive feedback to leadership and contribute to the refinement of processes and optimization of existing workflows.
- Analyze competitive landscape insights and communicate relevant findings back to the business.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success/Account Management with a strong focus on contract negotiations.
- Proven track record managing customer renewals and upsells with a SaaS product, consistently hitting set goals and quotas.
- Demonstrated ability to handle large upsell pipelines and opportunities effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at juggling numerous tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal), a keen attention to detail, and a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Google Applications (Analytics, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
EXTRA ADDED BENEFITS
- Experience in the event or ticketing sector is a plus.
- Strong aptitude for sales and negotiation tactics.
- Knowledge of tools such as Groove and Gong is advantageous.
COMPENSATION TRANSPARENCY
Our compensation structure reflects a wide range of considerations including skills, experience, training, and organizational needs. The estimated salary range for this role does not account for geographic differentials related to the location. Typically, new hires are not placed at the upper end of this scale. The current salary range is $73,600 to $132,480 USD. Additionally, you may be eligible for Eventbrite’s incentive programs, which may include equity, annual bonuses, and commission plans, subject to applicable guidelines.
