What We Provide:

  • A competitive hourly wage of $20.25 (includes base pay and hourly premiums);

Key Responsibilities:

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email concerning their billing and mobility services;
  • Deliver precise information to ensure customer satisfaction;
  • Handle every communication with confidentiality, accuracy, courtesy, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency is essential: fluency in both English and French is required to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. Conversations in English will comprise 50-70% of your interactions.
  • Eligibility requirements:
    • Availability to work 5 days a week, up to 40 hours – Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
    • Must reside close to the NQX Laval center for possible training sessions;
    • A high-speed internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a quiet, secure workspace is necessary.
  • A genuine interest in technology: You are naturally curious and eager to engage with new and emerging technologies. You’ll have the chance to promote Canada’s fastest 5G network as a customer solution;
  • A friendly and customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality standards;
  • Outstanding communication skills: You express ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Strong analytical capabilities: You confidently manage complex customer accounts;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Office, PowerPoint, Word).

Training begins: August 11th, 2025
