Candidates must hold a valid LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality remote care through an 8-week evidence-based program
- Monitor participant progress, maintain follow-up communication, provide care coordination recommendations, and document notes from sessions
- Collaborate as part of a care team to assist participants with resource access, including obtaining necessary consents and authorizations
- Identify and address high-risk participant situations with significant safety concerns by adhering to company protocols
- Engage in regular meetings with supervisors, attend monthly team discussions, and participate in Town Halls
- Uphold the highest confidentiality standards according to HIPAA Privacy & Security policies and maintain compliance with annual training requirements

Required Qualifications:
- One or more of the following:
- Unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) licensed in CA
- Ability to maintain a consistent availability for patients (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday)
- Eligible for enrollment as a provider in the Medicare program or able to terminate opt-out (if applicable) prior to starting this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical experience providing psychotherapy with methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other solution-oriented approaches

The annual salary range for this position is $59,500 to $116,600 for full-time employment. Compensation is determined by various factors, including local labor markets, educational background, work experience, certifications, and more. UnitedHealth Group adheres to all applicable minimum wage laws.
