    We are seeking a motivated, self-starter for the role of Case Manager Assistant / Legal Assistant in our Irvine office. While experience in the legal industry is highly preferred, it is not mandatory.

    The responsibilities of our Case Manager Assistants include managing pre-litigation personal injury cases from initiation to settlement. This involves various tasks such as opening and organizing new client files, reporting claims to insurance companies, notifying statutory lien holders, drafting representation letters, obtaining police reports, ordering medical records/bills, aiding clients in scheduling medical treatment, and assisting with property damage claims. Building compassionate relationships with clients and collaborating with our staff attorneys and support team is crucial. Case Manager Assistants also engage extensively with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in our legal cases.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • At least one year of experience as a legal assistant or legal secretary
    • Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and court systems
    • Basic understanding of day-to-day legal office operations
    • Computer literate with knowledge of case management software
    • Excellent communication and people skills
    • Secretarial and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

    The expected pay range for candidates in this position is $16.00 – $20.00 per hour. The actual pay offered will depend on factors such as experience, industry knowledge, education, etc.
