Position Overview
Kaleidoscope ABA is on the lookout for a Center-based BCBA to be an essential part of our team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for crafting client programs that are ethical, personalized, and executed with utmost integrity. Our commitment to one-on-one therapy means your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the children we support. Collaborate with a passionate team while employing your BCBA skills in a nurturing atmosphere focused on unlocking the potential of every individual.

As a BCBA, you will oversee and provide direct supervision to a team of BTs/RBTs while managing a manageable caseload of 8-10 clients. Your role will involve regularly analyzing session data in collaboration with staff and families to interpret results and adjust individualized treatment plans accordingly. Conducting team meetings, observing staff interactions, and consulting with families regarding treatment and behavioral modifications will also be key components of your position. You will have the backing of a Clinical Manager who will assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and overall support as you advance in your career.

Location and Schedule
BCBAs will work in our Center Monday through Friday, with opportunities available across NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT, and AZ.

Qualifications
” Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) accredited by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
” Minimum of one year’s experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with diverse special needs.
” Strong understanding of effective behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, and precepts of ethical practices related to behavior intervention.
” Tech-savvy with proficiency in Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software tools.
” Physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, and lift children weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Note: This position requires significant physical engagement—spending time on the floor with children as well as standing for extended periods.
