    Your Role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
    In your role, you will have the rewarding responsibility to:

    — Conduct initial as well as ongoing assessments to identify skills and needs for your assigned clients.
    — Develop and continually assess Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
    — Train and supervise staff, providing constructive feedback that enhances both client progress and team development.
    — Organize regular caregiver meetings and training sessions to ensure transparent communication and collaboration.
    — Complete all required documentation for internal and external audits efficiently.
    — Identify families that may benefit from additional support, including those with high-risk behaviors, and facilitate access to resources such as social skills and family support groups.
    — Promote a positive culture within your team through continuous mentoring, staff engagement, and recognition, while avoiding negative interactions.
    — Participate in professional development activities, sharing valuable insights with the clinical team.
    — Keep your licensure, certifications, and credentials up-to-date in line with standards set by CCABA, insurance payors, BACB, and state regulations.

    What We’re Looking For:
    As a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you should bring:

    — A Master’s Degree in ABA, Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
    — BCBA Certification with at least two years of experience working with children or young adults on the Autism spectrum. Preferred candidates will have BCBA/BCaBA supervision and completed Standards modules.
    — Credentials as a BCBA recognized by the BACB and retention of relevant memberships, certifications, and standings in professional organizations (e.g., ABAI, First Aid, CPR certifications).
    — Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a knack for engaging with families, staff, clients, and community partners to facilitate care coordination.
    — Proficiency in evaluating skills and deficits across various domains, and developing individualized treatment and behavior intervention strategies while conducting continuous progress reviews.
    — Experience with various ABA methodologies and effective communication with parents and caregivers in diverse settings such as centers, homes, communities, and schools for skills generalization and transitional training.
    — Familiarity with technology and different software applications to ensure compliance with all set requirements.
