    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences as you support clients with their inquiries in a call center setting. Your role will involve providing tailored assistance and service options while ensuring clients feel valued and heard.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver an extraordinary, personalized experience to clients by promptly addressing their questions and providing service solutions for their products or services.

    • Effectively handle inquiries and transactions from Financial Representatives and clients, ranging from basic to intermediate (semi-complex) calls, while developing proficiency in handling complex issues.

    • Investigate and assess potential resolutions for intricate problems, focusing on identifying root causes and carefully navigating deviations from established procedures.

    • Take ownership of client interactions, proactively anticipating and mitigating future issues to reduce repeat inquiries and transfers.

    • Skilfully de-escalate challenging client situations while guiding them through intricate and unique inquiries.

    • Act as a reliable partner and advocate for Financial Representatives, collaborating to meet client needs effectively.

    • Embrace and promote new technology by educating clients and the field on self-service capabilities, while understanding the implications of transactions on client policies.

    • Comprehend how interconnected systems influence processes and outcomes, driving a seamless client experience.

    • Champion change and continual improvement by establishing processes that adapt to evolving business needs.

    • Build professional relationships that foster brand loyalty with our clients.

    • Manage phone and transactional activities with a commitment to upholding strict confidentiality and privacy standards.

    • Demonstrate agility in adjusting work priorities to align with business demands and customer needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • An Associate’s degree in business or a related field, or a comparable mix of education and experience.

    • A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience showcasing strong service skills.

    • An advanced understanding of Investment or Income markets and products, such as VA, VL, VUL Retirement, or Business markets.

    • A foundational knowledge of tax implications related to these products.

    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    • Adept at multi-tasking and managing high volumes of calls or case loads accurately.

    • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively.

    • A keen desire for ongoing learning and professional development.

    • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing actionable options.

    • Proficient computer skills, including solid keyboarding abilities and familiarity with current software applications.

    This position qualifies as a Registered Representative under NMIS guidelines and requires fingerprinting.

    Compensation Details:

    Starting Pay Range: $21.35 – $32.02
