We are currently welcoming applicants from Indiana, Michigan, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado, Florida, Kentucky, and Tennessee.

    In this dynamic role, you will take charge of promoting and selling Medicare products to eligible clients, providing them with essential information about various plans, and guiding them in making informed decisions regarding their healthcare coverage. A solid understanding of Medicare regulations combined with exceptional communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service is essential for success in this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Consultation:
      • Engage in in-depth consultations with potential clients to assess their individual healthcare needs and eligibility for Medicare plans.
      • Educate clients on the features, benefits, and coverage options of different Medicare plans, enabling them to make confident choices.
    • Sales Presentations:
      • Create and present persuasive sales presentations that showcase the unique advantages of targeted Medicare plans.
      • Respond to client inquiries with clarity and precision, providing tailored solutions to their concerns.
    • Compliance:
      • Remain informed of the latest changes in Medicare regulations and ensure adherence to all relevant laws and ethical standards in your sales practice.
      • Follow company policies consistently throughout all sales activities.
    • Lead Generation:
      • Actively seek out and cultivate leads through referrals, community engagement, and professional networking initiatives.
      • Leverage marketing strategies to attract potential clients to your services.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Forge and nurture strong relationships with clients, promoting enduring trust and loyalty.
      • Provide follow-up support to clients post-sale to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with their choices.
    • Documentation and Record Keeping:
      • Ensure the accurate completion and submission of all Medicare application paperwork.
      • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions for future reference.
    • Collaboration:
      • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams such as underwriting and customer service to deliver a seamless experience for clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Licensing:
      • An active health insurance license is required.
      • Medicare certification (AHIP) is a valuable asset.
    • Experience:
      • Previous experience in Medicare sales or a related field is preferred but not essential.
    • Communication Skills:
      • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are vital.
      • The ability to simplify complex information for clients is crucial.
    • Interpersonal Skills:
      • Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build lasting rapport and trust with clients.
    • Technology Proficiency:

    Compensation:

    • Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time
    • Salary Range: $30,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
