As the Director of Operations, you will be at the forefront of all operational activities, dedicated to establishing industry-leading benchmarks for excellence in client services, deliverables, and overall project experiences. Our focus is on prioritizing quality through a strategic blend of talented team members, efficient processes, and the latest tools. Your Key Responsibilities:

• Team Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team adept at handling complex projects and delivering outstanding client experiences. You will directly oversee 3-5 Project Leads, each managing 2-7 project managers and curators, while fostering a strategic mindset that balances creativity with operational success.
• Exceeding Client Expectations: Consistently ensure that client needs and expectations are not only met but surpassed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Operational Excellence: Design and execute strategies aimed at streamlining our operations, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Project Monitoring: Oversee ongoing projects, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing solutions to keep everything on track.
• Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine operational procedures to enhance both efficiency and quality in all aspects of service delivery.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate, select, and implement the right tools and systems to bolster team functionality and improve internal communication.
• Pricing and Cost Management: Create and execute pricing strategies that align with our business goals while ensuring profitability. Keep a close watch on project costs and identify opportunities for savings.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years in a management role within project management or operations environments.
• A proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex project outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and implementing IT systems that enhance business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and champion company-wide initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, especially in fast-paced settings.
• Comfortable navigating the unknown and driven by self-motivation.
• Experience in a related industry (providing services or products to real estate) or with a company of similar scale is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools such as Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Asana, Airtable, and/or FileMaker is advantageous.
