Job Description
Arrow is on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Sales Engineer with a focus on Citrix to be a pivotal part of our channel partner community across North America. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a crucial role in steering technical direction and providing business insights while driving partner enablement initiatives. You will be at the forefront, championing innovative technical programs, and managing day-to-day technical activities at the account level. Your expertise in Citrix solutions, along with your comprehensive knowledge of modern data centers and adjacent technologies, will be essential as you design and implement custom solutions tailored for our channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to craft and execute targeted penetration strategies tailored to specific industries and accounts. Develop product and sales enablement plans that align with account needs, providing insights that drive lead generation from inception through to successful sale closure.
- Serve as a technical authority and guide for our channel partners and sales teams during pre-sales engagements, specifically representing Arrow’s valued supplier, Citrix.
- Lead the overall process of discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and enhancement of fully integrated technology solutions.
- Exhibit technical prowess and in-depth knowledge of Citrix offerings, alongside competitive solutions in the modern data center landscape.
- Provide expert consultation to channel partners, developing tailored proposals and technology solutions that meet their specific business needs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations and training sessions for the technical and sales personnel of our channel partners.
- Collaborate with Arrow’s marketing teams to create and disseminate engaging digital technical content across Arrow’s social media platforms and networks.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Arrow account teams, partners, and end users to support sales goals and capitalize on Arrow’s extensive resources.
- Conduct Citrix-led technical sales consultations alongside channel partners, assessing and validating sales opportunities in terms of technical requirements, competition, and customer decision-making processes.

Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is typically required.
Work Arrangement:
- This is a fully remote position, though occasional travel to an Arrow office may be required at the discretion of Arrow leadership.

Compensation Range:
- $102,200.00 – $160,050.00 annually.
Please note that actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, education, and skills.
Location:
- This position is based in North Carolina (Remote Employees). Remote team members may be required to attend the nearest Arrow office for work-related needs as requested.
