SES Civil and Environmental LLC (SCE) is expanding its horizons, and we are on the lookout for an experienced CADD Technician to become part of our vibrant SCE team, affiliated with Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH). If you have a minimum of 5 years of expertise in construction design, encompassing civil earthwork projects, roadway design, and site modeling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly process raw data using essential software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation to produce and modify detailed drawings.
- Calculate volumes and quantities from raw survey data while preparing comprehensive drawings.
- Collaborate on technical writing efforts to create project plans and detailed reports.
- Design and draft an array of construction components across various disciplines, including architectural, civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental domains.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to fulfill specific design plans and specification requirements.
- Conduct quantity takeoffs for diverse construction projects using both on-screen and manual takeoff methods, ensuring accuracy by interpreting blueprints, geotechnical reports, and related documents.
- Communicate effectively with surveyors and construction crews to enhance the surveying process.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills while interacting with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers, presenting a professional demeanor at all times.
- Strategically plan and prioritize multiple concurrent projects, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
- Optimize the use of available time to meet task deadlines independently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in construction, civil earthwork, roadway design, and site modeling.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation is essential.
- Successful candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and provide references along with a background check.
Physical Requirements:
The role necessitates maintaining physical stamina to accommodate various activities, including bending, stooping, sitting, and standing for extended durations. Significant time will be spent in a seated position, with ample opportunities for movement. Candidates should possess near visual acuity for document review and effective auditory comprehension at normal conversation levels. Working Environment:
