In the role of Associate Territory Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving pipeline generation and enhancing our channel partners’ growth within your designated territory. This position requires close collaboration with our Territory Managers and channel partners to ensure an effective local presence. You’ll take the lead in cultivating new business opportunities via cold outreach, field prospecting, and collaborative partner visits. Additionally, you’ll empower our partners through training, events, and strategic relationship development.
Ideal candidates must reside in Greater Cleveland and be enthusiastic about visiting client offices regularly within the local area.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Territory Managers: Work closely to align with partner and market insights, ensuring consistency with our overall market strategy.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Network with partner business development representatives on the ground to cultivate meaningful relationships and boost partner engagement.
- Conduct Joint Field Visits: Participate in joint field visits with partner BDs, sharing effective sales strategies to achieve outstanding results.
- Drive Lead Generation: Prioritize top-of-funnel lead generation through cold calling, walk-ins, and proactive outreach to potential clients.
- Enable Partner Success: Assist in partner development through hands-on training and engaging events, equipping them for success in their sales initiatives.
- Independent Prospecting: Engage in independent cold-calling and field prospecting efforts, both solo and with partners, to uncover new business opportunities.
- Support Key Partnerships: Enhance the achievements of our leading partners while nurturing and developing emerging partners to maximize growth potential.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Willingness to conduct live visits in the Greater Cleveland area 3-4 days a week.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and G Suite applications.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities, especially at the field level with partners and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads through cold outreach and independent initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly in partner enablement and training contexts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Territory Managers to implement market-driven strategies.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for partner engagements, events, and prospecting activities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
