- Lucid Consulting specializes in enhancing expertise in research, development, and commercialization across various therapeutic areas and modalities, streamlining product development, building operational efficiencies, and fostering innovation to create value for patients, clients, and shareholders.
- US MedComms teams up with both US and Global brand teams to craft compelling medical communications solutions tailored for early lifecycle assets.
- US Marketing partners with clients across Rx, Medical Device, OTC, and Consumer Device categories to produce persuasive communications and promotional strategies for in-market assets.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an integral member of the Client Services team, the Account Executive plays a key role in facilitating client projects, ensuring top-notch delivery that surpasses client expectations. You will be responsible for optimizing client communications and managing the financial aspects of assigned projects, guaranteeing timely and budget-conscious execution.
Partnering closely with our Medical Writing team, the Client Services team ensures successful project deliveries. As part of the Account Management team, you will collaborate with in-house specialists, including creative experts and third-party suppliers, steering projects towards exceeding client expectations and staying within budgetary limits.
Key responsibilities of an Account Executive at Lucid include:
– Fostering effective internal collaborations across various capabilities (medical, project management, creative, strategy, etc.) to support project objectives.
– Acting as the internal advocate for clients.
– Striving to exceed all client expectations.
– Gaining a deep understanding of client messaging and positioning.
– Contributing to client proposals and articulating Lucid’s strategic vision.
– Participating in client meetings, instilling confidence in Lucid’s service offerings.
– Cultivating strong working relationships with clients and serving as a reliable point of contact.
– Aiding in the execution of client projects.
– Ensuring adherence to all project deadlines while remaining clear on requisite details.
– Overseeing project delivery and budget management.
– Maintaining financial oversight and accurate forecasting at the project level.
– Enhancing project performance and recovery while adhering to budgetary constraints.
– Continuously improving account administration and client support internally and externally.
As an ambassador for Lucid Group, you will contribute to building our profile and expanding our client base.
