    • Position Overview:

      Your main responsibility will involve following up via phone calls with prospects who have previously received informative emails from us. Your goal will be to assess whether they found the content valuable. Using an established script while infusing your genuine personality, you’ll uncover any challenges they face that we can address. If there’s a match, you’ll coordinate a discovery meeting between the prospect and our agency management team.

      Key Responsibilities:

      The primary focus of the role is to schedule discovery meetings with promising prospects.

      Additional Duties:

      • Utilize agreed-upon processes/scripts to build rapport and identify prospects’ needs.
      • Regularly update our CRM with pertinent information.
      • Participate in weekly sales meetings with management to share insights and experiences.
      • Engage in discussions aimed at refining our sales methodologies.

      Your Success Metrics Each Week:

      • Number of calls made
      • Calls that successfully bypass the gatekeeper
      • Conversations conducted with decision-makers
      • Discovery meetings scheduled
      • Attendance rate at discovery meetings
      • Sales closed

      Qualifications:

      • Based in North or South America.

      • At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting.

      • Exceptional spoken English skills.

      • Availability to work 15 to 20 hours weekly.

      • Willingness to join a few team Zoom meetings weekly at around 8am or 9am EST.

      • Familiarity with SEO and Google Ads is advantageous.

      • Experience in appointment setting for a digital marketing agency is a plus.

      Compensation Package:

      1. Hourly rate ranging from USD 15 to USD 22, depending on experience.
      2. Fixed payment bonus for ‘show ups’ at discovery meetings.
      3. Additional bonus percentage based on sales closed by the management team.

      Our new initiative is passionately focused on the adventure travel niche, where we’ve already made significant strides, catering to tour operators in this exciting field.

      Adventure travel encompasses thrilling, multi-day journeys such as white-water rafting in Ecuador and hiking in the Alps, in addition to cultural experiences and nature escapes.

      Our dedicated team of 11 is primarily based in South Africa, and due to time zone challenges when contacting North American prospects, we are looking for someone to fill this important role.
