    We’re experiencing exciting growth at Vendavo and are expanding our dedicated Customer Success team. As an integral member of our dynamic organization, you will play a pivotal role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM), expertly managing a portfolio of complex, high-value accounts. In this people-oriented environment, you’ll focus on fostering and enhancing relationships with senior leaders and decision-makers across various business units and regions. Your proactive approach will be crucial in promoting the adoption and realization of value from Vendavo’s solutions, aligning them with our customers’ long-term strategies.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

    • Champion customer needs across the entire lifecycle, addressing their business challenges and industry trends, and consulting on how Vendavo can help them reach their goals.
    • Collaborate closely with the account team to craft strategic account plans and actionable next steps.
    • Build and nurture relationships that drive product adoption, ensuring customer retention and sustained high satisfaction levels.
    • Establish and strengthen connections with key account stakeholders.
    • Address customer concerns effectively by working with internal teams to provide solutions.
    • Partner with Vendavo subject matter experts and customer stakeholders, advocating for and anticipating their needs.
    • Track and report on Customer Health Metrics, including usage, value measurement, satisfaction levels, churn risk, and maturity models.
    • Engage with departmental leaders to ensure alignment on customer requirements, share best practices, and disseminate essential information across teams.
    • Advocate for customer needs regarding software feature requirements.
    • Support Sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities as they arise.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    THE SKILL SET

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Success or a related field, managing intricate customer accounts at an enterprise level.
    • Familiarity with pricing, quoting, rebate, or analytics solutions in B2B environments, with the ability to articulate value propositions and their integration into business processes.
    • Solid understanding of commercial business processes such as quote to cash, list pricing, and dynamic pricing.
    • Proficient in sales methodologies like Challenger Sale, Force Management, MEDDPICC, or equivalent techniques.
    • Knowledge of effective Project Governance principles, particularly regarding complex software implementations.
    • Understanding of business systems integration and data transformation principles.
    • Eagerness to learn about business processes and technical use cases related to Vendavo solutions.
    • Experience managing large enterprise customer relationships with revenues exceeding $1 billion and a global presence.
    • Strong SaaS software solution experience; familiarity with pricing or CPQ solutions is an advantage.
    • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with customer executives and decision-makers.
    • Experience managing accounts across multiple regions and business units to ensure consistent outcomes.
    • Proficient in leveraging data to gain insights, track performance, and facilitate meaningful discussions with customers.
    • Willingness to travel up to 10% and accommodate international time zones.
