Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture robust client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, effectively managing and strategizing communications.
- Address and de-escalate challenging situations, offering solutions that balance both the client’s objectives and our company policies.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring timely and efficient responses.
- Collaborate with the sales and project management teams to provide a consistent and exceptional client journey.
- Conduct regular reviews and generate reports on account performance.
- Develop strategic plans for clients that enable project managers to effectively assign tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with software platforms such as Zoom, Teamwork, etc.
- A foundational or advanced understanding of social media, PPC, SEO, email newsletters, and direct mail.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 annually.
