    We are on the lookout for a visionary Engineering Manager who can inspire and guide a high-performing team focused on crafting a robust, scalable, and security-oriented Cloud Platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing state-of-the-art, cloud-native solutions utilizing both AWS and GCP. You will cultivate a developer-first mindset by implementing self-service tools and spearheading initiatives that guarantee platform reliability and peak performance.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the charge in developing a secure, highly scalable, and cost-effective cloud platform using AWS and GCP.
    • Implement Kubernetes clusters and cloud-native services that prioritize standardization and operational efficiency.
    • Empower engineering teams by creating self-service tools for infrastructure deployment and management.
    • Adopt frameworks such as DORA and SPACE to monitor and boost developer productivity.
    • Oversee a comprehensive 24/7 monitoring initiative to ensure service reliability and performance goals are met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the cloud strategy, execute key business projects, and refine cloud spending with FinOps techniques.
    • Mentor and support a distributed team of engineers, fostering a culture rich in innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or cloud platforms, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
    • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud infrastructures (AWS/GCP), and databases such as MySQL, DynamoDB, or Cassandra.
    • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code solutions like Terraform or Pulumi, and observability tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
    • Experience in integrating AI-driven tools for optimizing workflows and enhancing operations.
    • Demonstrated success in establishing scalable, SLO-driven monitoring frameworks in a 24/7 environment.
    • Proven ability to manage remote teams, nurture innovation, and deliver results within a collaborative and inclusive environment.
