• Demonstrated experience in building and scaling a successful jobs or talent platform.
• Proven track record of generating revenue within a high-growth product environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven product development.
• Expertise in attracting new talent and encouraging companies to generate job listings at scale.
• Success in creating products that foster engagement for both talent and employers throughout the user lifecycle.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication abilities.
• A tenacious spirit ready to tackle challenges.
