We are on the lookout for a talented Innovation Developer who can turn visionary concepts into real-world prototypes and proof of concepts (POCs) utilizing the latest advancements in AI and full-stack technology. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to our technical development efforts, merging your extensive knowledge of software engineering, AI applications, and cloud infrastructure with a strong enthusiasm for groundbreaking technologies.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications Include:

• A solid background as a full-stack developer, adept in various programming languages and technologies, with a keen focus on AI engineering, while having minimal emphasis on robotics.
• Practical experience with state-of-the-art technologies like large language models (LLMs), computer vision, predictive analytics, and a solid foundation in data science.
• A strong innovator with a flair for idea generation and concept development specifically geared towards POC creation and research—this role is not centered around product management.
• Experience in startup or small business environments, adept at thriving in both innovative and agile settings while effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• A knack for problem-solving.
• Experience with rapid prototyping methodologies.

Location: Berkshire

Compensation: £700/day Inside IR35 (This position will be fulfilled through an Umbrella company)

Contract Duration: Initial 6-month contract
