    In this pivotal role, reporting directly to our Director of Retention, you will manage our email and SMS marketing calendars, develop and execute strategies for our loyalty program, and expand our subscription channel. You will play a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships through our retention funnels while tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics within our fast-paced startup environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers at various phases, including onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement via email, SMS, direct mail, subscriptions, and loyalty programs.
    • Oversee the creative process by briefing and approving campaign copy and visuals.
    • Identify crucial touchpoints and opportunities for enhancing customer interactions.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail.
    • Provide strategic direction through recommendations, roadmaps, and alignment initiatives across the company.
    • Monitor and report vital metrics such as lifetime value (LTV), reorder rates, cancellation and save rates, and churn rates to derive actionable insights and refine marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with digital, creative, marketing, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience across various platforms, including our website and digital marketing efforts.
    • Analyze campaign data to inform cross-functional collaborations, making decisions grounded in RFM and engagement metrics.
    • Implement A/B testing strategies for content, scheduling, and audience targeting to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
    • Conduct cohort analyses to identify trends in customer behavior and engagement that will inform critical strategies.
    • Manage relationships with external partners, including Attentive, Klaviyo, PostPilot, Recharge, LoyaltyLion, and others.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
    • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on retention marketing experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) subscription e-commerce environment.
    • A proactive leader with exemplary work ethic characterized by precision and timeliness.
    • Strong ethical standards that guide decision-making and behavior.
    • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • A genuine passion for the wellness community and herbal medicine.

    Bonus Qualifications:

    What We Offer:

    • Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 USD.
