    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to play a pivotal role in promoting the initial and ongoing adoption of our leading cloud management software. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to make a significant impact within our organization.

    Reporting directly to our VP of Sales, you will be integral to onboarding new clients and enhancing their continued use of our software. This role will involve establishing key relationships with technical teams within our client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor for Google Workspace, and ensuring that clients fully leverage the capabilities of CloudM to integrate it into their IT strategy efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their go-to advisor for all CloudM-related inquiries.
    • Facilitate remote technical adoption sessions to ensure successful CloudM deployment.
    • Conduct instructional sessions that highlight the most relevant CloudM features for our customers’ unique challenges.
    • Demonstrate key CloudM features live during customer interactions.
    • Lead customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase the value and return on investment provided by CloudM.
    • Utilize an adoption flow to create a seamless customer journey while proactively communicating to support installation and usage of CloudM.
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities for product enhancements that deliver additional customer value.
    • Foster effective relationships with critical technical contacts within our client base.
    • Coordinate with colleagues to produce regular reports on feature adoption and renewals, enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes.
    • Ensure accurate and detailed updates in the Customer Success Management (CSM) system.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional modules and expanding our client base.

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • A minimum of 2 years in a Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Account Management, or a related role.
    • Experience in a SaaS organization is advantageous.
    • A strong passion for technology and a commitment to learning the technical aspects of the CloudM product suite.
    • Proven experience in building customer relationships at a technical level.
    • Experience working with international clients and communicating effectively in remote settings.
    • An empathetic and positive approach with a desire to empower customers in achieving their objectives.
    • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on speed and action.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Familiarity with Google Workspace.
    • Experience with Salesforce.
    • Background in upselling or closing deals.

    Location:

    This is a remote position; however, residing within commuting distance of Manchester is preferred for occasional team-building events and meetings.
