This role is 100% remote (UK-based only).
THE JOB:This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the Co-Founder/Managing Director in a very varied role:- Support and grow an existing account base- Conduct regular account reviews to demonstrate product features and train users on the set-up and use of the system. – Respond to customer live chat, tickets and phone calls.- Conduct product demos online to assist with onboarding new clients.- Conduct relevant product and service training with new clients- Consistently ensure all clients have a clear understanding of new upgrade opportunities.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:– 1+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management- Must have a passion for customer support, a great work attitude, be a quick learner and a hard worker.- A background in technology / software would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
SALARY & BENEFITS:– £27,000 salary- 20 days holiday + public holidays- Share ownership scheme- Pension.
