About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our software within fostering agencies. The ideal candidate must have a background in the fostering sector, possibly as a social worker or fostering administrator, and is passionate about how technology can make a positive impact to children’s lives.

This role would ideally suit individuals currently working in the fostering industry who are seeking a fresh and stimulating challenge, all while leveraging their valuable fostering experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our fostering agency clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Understand client needs and objectives to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of our software
  • Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our software
  • Collaborate with the development teams to advocate for customer needs and provide feedback on product improvements

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience working within the fostering sector, preferably as a social worker or fostering administrator
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external teams to drive customer success
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated and self-starter

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel within the UK to provide training and direct support
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence
  • Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check
