    Your Role Will Include:

    • Acting as the primary representative of the Stine brand in your designated area.
    • Cultivating a deep understanding of our seed products and agronomic services relevant to your territory.
    • Building and managing existing customer accounts while actively recruiting new clients to drive sales growth.
    • Effectively communicating and applying Stine’s sales strategies and policies to achieve district sales targets.
    • Collaborating closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide superior sales support throughout your area.
    • Fostering and strengthening relationships with current and prospective customers, both personally and through designated representatives.

    Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    • A minimum of three years of experience in agriculture, particularly in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
    • Proven expertise in effective sales techniques, coupled with strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate challenges.
    • A successful track record in dealer development and retention.
    • Self-motivated with the initiative to work independently and reach defined objectives.
    • Preference will be given to those with a history of fostering strong relationships with growers by genuinely understanding their needs and driving positive results.
