    Join ProperExpression as a Digital Marketing Specialist! We are on the lookout for a motivated individual ready to embark on an exciting marketing career. Ideally, you should hold a degree in marketing and possess some practical experience through employment or a successful internship (1-3 years of related experience).

    At ProperExpression, a dynamic growth marketing agency specializing in the B2B SaaS sector, you’ll collaborate with some of the most innovative tech companies in the field. Despite being a young agency, we’ve made significant strides, doubling our revenue in the last two years.

    Our agency provides a diverse array of services that includes inbound marketing, SEO, content creation, RevOps, and digital advertising. We pride ourselves on fostering a fast-paced, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment. Our clients appreciate our strategic approach, boundary-pushing solutions, and effective sales strategies. This position is available remotely for candidates in the US, Canada, and Mexico, but you should be available to align with USA East Coast time.

    Core Attributes:

    • Highly organized and process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Capable of juggling multiple projects, honoring deadlines, and engaging various stakeholders.
    • Tech-savvy, with a willingness to quickly learn and adeptly use marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign.
    • Exceptional communication and writing abilities.
    • Personable and confident when interacting with clients and senior team members.
    • Self-driven and proactive in your approach to work.
    • A desire to learn continuously and seek personal and professional growth.

    Preferred Experience (but not mandatory):

    • Familiarity with HubSpot’s Marketing Hub.
    • Experience with Google’s suite of products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, and Tag Manager.
    • Basic knowledge of WordPress or another content management system.
    • Project management experience.
    • Understanding the principles behind demand generation, digital advertising, SEO, and content marketing.
    • Insight into B2B marketing fundamentals.
