    Job Description

Join us in making a difference, where the allure of beauty meets the transformative power of wellness. As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of empowering clients to look and feel their absolute best.

    About Us:
At 77 Plastic Surgery, we are an esteemed and award-winning clinic situated in the heart of San Francisco, dedicated to enhancing the lives of sophisticated women through plastic surgery, aesthetic treatments, and wellness solutions. Our core belief? Everyone deserves to feel great in their own skin.

    Our Culture:
We are passionate about our mission, and we aim to bring in team members who share that enthusiasm. To ensure you’re considering the right fit, we’ve listed some indicators that our environment might not be for you:

7 Signs This Role is NOT for You:

    • You harbor a disdain for plastic surgery and prefer to avoid the beauty industry entirely.
    • Working independently outweighs your desire to engage and serve clients and colleagues.
    • You thrive in a conventional, 9-to-5 routine with little to no variability.
    • You seek highly structured environments where directives are given at every step.
    • Problem detection holds more appeal than finding solutions or making improvements.
    • You tend to shy away from constructive feedback or differing viewpoints.
    • You often express sentiments like, “That’s not my responsibility,” or “We don’t do things that way here.”

If any of these resonate with you, it’s likely 77 Plastic Surgery isn’t the right match. However, if you’re excited by the possibility of working in an inspiring atmosphere filled with individuals who embody the opposite values, we encourage you to apply!

    The Role:
As our Marketing Manager, you will craft and implement innovative strategies to amplify our brand presence, attract new clients, and enhance clinic profitability. You’ll oversee the entire spectrum of marketing initiatives, including traffic generation, lead conversion, patient retention, and financial performance tracking. Your success will be measured by your ability to heighten brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and optimize marketing returns utilizing data insights.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop a strategic marketing plan and calendar aligned with our clinic’s objectives.
    • Create and share captivating content across various digital platforms while managing a small content team.
    • Oversee Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram advertising, local SEO, and overall SEO to boost website traffic and lead generation.
    • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and revenue.
    • Ensure website functionality and facilitate necessary updates and enhancements.
    • Design attractive promotions, offers, and programs.
    • Cultivate public relations, partnerships, and collaborations with other businesses and micro-influencers who resonate with our target clientele.
    • Manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
    • Stay well-informed on current industry trends and marketing best practices.
    • Enhance our marketing systems and automation processes.

    Qualifications:
    What you’ll bring:

    • A collaborative spirit, outstanding organization, and proactive problem-solving skills.
    • An eager, growth-oriented mindset with a strong dedication to marketing excellence.
    • Intellectual curiosity paired with persistence and determination.
    • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
    • Experience in both independent and team-oriented work environments, showcasing a results-driven attitude.
    • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, alongside proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
    • A data-driven mindset rooted in marketing decisions.
    • Experience setting up and managing Google, Facebook, and Instagram ad campaigns.
    • Proficiency in creating effective offers, campaigns, funnels, and lead magnets.
    • Strong writing skills for copywriting, marketing emails, and SMS campaigns.
    • Familiarity with marketing software platforms (including GoHighLevel CRM, Zapier, and ChatGPT).
    • Creative problem-solving skills with strategic thinking capability.
    • A passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry, particularly plastic surgery.
    • Preference for candidates located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

    Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $72,000 annually.
