    We are seeking our inaugural Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of digital marketing frameworks and a strong portfolio of success in driving traffic, engagement, and revenue across diverse online platforms. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance data, and consistently enhancing the efficacy of our digital marketing strategies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Crafting Digital Strategies: Design and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy that resonates with the company’s broader business goals, aiming to boost brand visibility, attract new customers, and foster engagement and loyalty.
    • Campaign Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and enhancement of diverse digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid search (SEM), SEO, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
    • Creative Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and product teams to produce captivating, brand-aligned digital assets (images, videos, copy) for impactful online marketing endeavors.
    • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze and evaluate campaign outcomes using key performance indicators like ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, adjusting strategies as needed for improved results.
    • SEO & SEM Oversight: Direct SEO and SEM efforts to secure high search engine rankings and optimize paid search returns, driving both organic and paid traffic. Enhance the brand’s presence on major social media platforms through strategic content planning, influencer collaborations, and paid campaigns.
    • Email Marketing Management: Develop and oversee email marketing initiatives, focusing on automation, audience segmentation, and customized content strategies aimed at maximizing customer engagement and conversion rates.
    • Budget Oversight: Strategically plan and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum ROI.
    • Industry Insights & Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and developments in digital marketing to ensure the company remains a leader in marketing best practices.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including external digital agencies and product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals and product introductions.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a solid track record of managing successful digital campaigns and channels.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing principles, encompassing SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid media.
    • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable campaign strategies.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
    • Proven project management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple assignments in a dynamic environment.
    • Willingness to conduct market visits and travel as necessary.

    Benefits:
