Join our dynamic marketing team as a talented Digital Marketing Specialist! We are looking for an individual who is meticulous and possesses a strong technical background to enhance our marketing efforts. In this pivotal role, you’ll harness your expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to create and manage digital marketing assets, drive cross-functional projects, and elevate the online customer journey. The successful candidate will bring practical experience with AEM, excellent project management capabilities, and a robust understanding of web technologies and SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain digital marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, and promotional content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AEM and other digital marketing platforms.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing stakeholders to discern project objectives and deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Oversee and prioritize production requests, ensuring that projects are completed punctually and adhere to brand standards.
• Optimize digital content for search engine visibility and improved user engagement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to web content and overall functionality.
• Document current workflows and identify areas where efficiency can be enhanced.
• Work in tandem with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
• Align digital content strategy with omnichannel marketing and overall business goals.
• Ensure precise revenue tracking implementation across all digital content.
• Manage tasks and timelines through Workfront, ensuring all project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Knowledge of Jira or other issue tracking software.
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with SEO strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• A keen eye for detail with a dedication to high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an enterprise or ecommerce setting.
• Familiarity with digital analytics and tracking implementations.
