    What You Will Do

    We are looking for a passionate and motivated Director of Brand and Growth Marketing to lead and execute strategies that generate awareness, trial, and unprecedented velocity for Emotional Utility BeveragesTM in both retail and online channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth across all consumer touchpoints, from in-store shopper marketing to digital and e-commerce initiatives. Your role will be critical in shaping the future of our brand and ensuring its success in the competitive beverage industry.
    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Comprehensive Marketing Strategies:
    • Create and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across both retail and online platforms.
    • Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc., to maximize brand visibility and conversion rates.
    • Lead E-Commerce Growth Initiatives:
    • Manage and optimize e-commerce channels, including Amazon, DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) website, and platforms (e.g., Instacart, ), to drive online sales and profitability.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing teams to execute performance marketing campaigns that
    • increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value.
    • Drive Shopper Marketing and Retail Activation:
    • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies to drive velocity in grocery and other retail channels.
    • Work closely with sales teams to develop in-store promotions, merchandising strategies, and point-of-sale materials that align with brand goals.
    • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Leverage consumer insights and analytics tools (e.g., SPINS, Nielsen) to inform marketing strategies, rack performance, and optimize tactics across all channels.
    • Continuously measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Collaborate Across Teams:
    • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to ensure all marketing activities align with the brand’s vision, values, and business objectives.
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including a Social Media Manager and Senior Field Marketing Manager, to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Innovation and Creativity:
    • Drive innovation in branding, product positioning, and content creation to differentiate Emotional Utility Beverages in a crowded marketplace.
    • Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships that can accelerate brand growth and market penetration.
    • Budget Management and Resource Allocation:
    • Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to various marketing initiatives, including digital advertising, promotions, and sponsorships.
    • Industry Knowledge and Trend Analysis:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

    Who You Are

    You are a seasoned CPG digital marketer with a strong track record of building CPG brands through innovative online and offline strategies. You excel in dynamic environments and are driven by the challenge of achieving ambitious business goals. You have a deep understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and data analytics, and you are skilled at using insights to guide and measure marketing efforts. You are a high-energy, action-oriented leader with a passion for growth marketing, brand marketing, and e-commerce.
    Qualifications:

    • 8-10 years of proven success in brand management, e-commerce, and shopper marketing within a high-growth food or beverage company.
    • Experience developing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies, with a strong focus on e-commerce and digital marketing.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive growth through strategic partnerships with sales teams and retail partners.
    • Expertise in consumer insights, data analytics, and leveraging tools like SPINS, Nielsen, and Google Analytics to inform marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire a marketing team.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • A strategic thinker who can execute tactically, with a strong understanding of marketing and financial fundamentals.
    • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and resilient, with the flexibility to thrive in a startup environment.
