We are on the lookout for an innovative and seasoned Data Science Growth Leader to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will co-lead business development and growth initiatives from a technical standpoint, crafting strategies and supporting the execution of go-to-market efforts for our comprehensive suite of enterprise-grade data science technologies and solutions in AI, ML, and AI Engineering across various industries and domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering tangible business outcomes for our clients through Data Science and will possess a solid understanding of data science methodologies and AI technologies, backed by a successful track record in achieving project goals.

Core Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth:

• Identify and actively pursue emerging business opportunities within the AI and ML landscape.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and proposals.

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale data science solutions.
• Guarantee solutions are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, integrating them into our offerings.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and engineers to achieve project milestones.

Strategic Planning:

• Formulate and execute a strategic roadmap for data science initiatives.
• Align data science projects with the broader business strategy and client expectations.
• Champion innovation and ongoing improvement in data science methodologies and practices.

Client Engagement:

• Work closely with clients to comprehend their business challenges and requirements.
• Transform client needs into actionable data science strategies.

Qualifications

An advanced degree (Ph.D. or Master’s) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

18-20 years of considerable experience in the Data Science domain.

Demonstrated leadership experience within the AI and ML services industry.

A proven history of driving business development and growth initiatives.

Significant experience in developing and deploying enterprise-level data science solutions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
