We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of DevSecOps to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge information security strategies at our rapidly expanding top-tech organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT and security operations, ensuring the integrity and protection of our information systems.
• Guide and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Develop and enforce security frameworks and compliance standards that align with industry best practices.
• Oversee infrastructure automation, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), cloud infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Utilize monitoring and analytics tools such as Datadog or New Relic to ensure optimal system performance.
• Implement and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) tools, endpoint management, and asset tracking solutions.

Qualifications Required:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and security management, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems including Windows and MacOS, as well as productivity suites like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
• Proven experience with security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Strong background in DevOps practices, focusing on automation and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analytics platforms for performance optimization.
• Understanding of ITSM tools and asset management practices.
